Center For Printing Arts

OUR LAB

A SPACE FOR ALL

" "

Our bright and open 6,500 sq ft facility is an inspiring space to learn, create, and bring ideas to life. Students experience both state-of-the-art equipment and technology, as well as a unique collection of historic presses, tools and materials. Our knowledgeable instructors offer classes suitable for students of all skill levels.

We believe in fostering a culture that values expression, curiosity, sustainability, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. We provide a safe space for students to express their ideas through print, and to encourage exploration of various methods and materials while being mindful of environmental best practices and waste reduction. We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive and safe environment that values and respects all students and community members, particularly those who have been historically marginalized. We are committed to preserving the time-honored craft of printing while also exploring new techniques and approaches.
